Starter — R99/month, up to 40 learners

For a small centre that wants the daily work handled and the DOE register to stop being a Sunday night job.

How you pay

Card payment activates instantly and renews each month. EFT into the Zande account is activated manually, usually within a day — send the proof of payment and it is switched on. Both are in Rand, from a South African account, with no foreign transaction fee.

What happens if you outgrow a tier

Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working for the learners already loaded. You are asked to move up before adding more. Growth has no learner cap at all.

Cancelling, and getting your data out

Cancel monthly from inside the app. Every report exports to CSV and every statement to PDF, so what you built stays yours. A centre that cannot leave is a centre that was never really a customer.

Questions we get asked

Is there a free trial?

There is no clock. Create an account, load your learners, look around. You pay to unlock the working app, and you decide when.

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. Signing up and loading learners costs nothing and asks for no card.

Does it work on a cheap Android?

Yes. Zande runs in the phone browser — there is no app to install and nothing to update. It is built for a slow connection because it was built at a crèche in Hazyview, not in an office with fibre.

Is the price per centre or per user?

Per centre. Staff logins are included, and each one sees only what their role should see.
